Barbara Gellman is devoted to helping individuals, groups, and organizations transform their lives and workplaces.
Prior to becoming Managing Director at Opening Hidden Doors and a full-time change agent, Barbara spent over 35 years working in the United Kingdom and United States in the fields of insurance and technology. Her record of success with new and challenging initiatives includes establishing and leading a regional office in London for a software development company and managing strategic programs as Vice President of Administration for a start-up property/casualty insurance company. Her experience includes leadership, senior staff development and process improvement.
In 2002 Barbara\'s own transformational process led her to London where she lived and worked for over seven years, trained as coach, and shifted into helping others discover, explore, and move ahead in their lives. She returned to her hometown of St. Louis in December 2009.
