Background:
Before becoming a life coach, I enjoyed a successful career in retailing as Sr. Vice-President for
for May Department Stores. I bring passion for helping people achieve their goals and grow personally
and professionally to my coaching.
My life experiences have led me to focus on coaching ADHD-especially in teens, and coaching for the
parents of teens. The mother of two, one with ADHD in college and another with developmental delays
and ADHD, I have experienced the daily challenges and the joy of seeing my children achieving success
and realizing their potential. Being a widow, I also understand the issues around raising teenagers
alone. My greatest pleasure in coaching is helping teens and young adults focus and grow, and families
to enjoy these special years together.
