Background:
Dr. Carol M. Kensler received her Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University. She received
her MBA and Bachelor of Science Degrees from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. After her graduation,
she realized her passion was in coaching others to achieve their goals ? with that in mind, she attended the
University of Texas at Dallas where she received her Graduate Certification in Executive Coaching. Carol has
been mentoring and coaching coworkers for several years and is particularly well suited as a Business and
Executive coach. Carol is most passionate is assisting clients in finding a balance between their professional
and personal lives and in discovering ways to develop a more successful outlook on both through planning and
achieving goals. In addition, she has been a member of the faculty at Grand Canyon University for the past
two years. As an Adjunct Professor she has taught a variety of graduate classes including Strategic Management,
Managerial Communications, Organizational Development and Change and Organizational Behavior, Theory and Culture.
Her passion in learning and functioning in a virtual world is an asset to both her students and her clients.
