I have owned and managed my own (organizational development) consulting firm for over 16 years, assisting businesses throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Clients have included Fortune 500 companies as well as universities, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. I\\\'ve also managed several HR teams for a university while coaching clinical, administrative, and academic leaders.
