Background
Having worked in corporate environments in many high level positions, including President and CEO, the aspect I always found most rewarding and satisfying was the positive impact I could have in the development of people. Realizing this, I left the corporate world in 1994 to begin my own company, Gartner & Associates, a consulting and training firm. In 2000, I was introduced to the world of coaching and Coach U. It was what I had been looking for in terms of my own personal training and, in 2002, I graduated from Coach U’s coach training program. Since that time, I’ve devoted myself to working with people to further their own personal development and supporting small businesses in their growth and expansion through the magic of coaching.
